"Denver Nights" is a song from Denver, Colorado heavy metal group, Immortal Sÿnn's upcoming sophomore album, Force of Habit (album release date pending). It is the third single to be released from that album. Recording took place at Rusty Sun Audio in Parker, CO with engineer Nick Nodurft, and the song is set for digital release on September 4, 2020. The song was composed by the band's founding member and guitarist, Tony Z, with lyrics penned by vocalist, Duel Shape. Lyrically, the song is based on Duel's experience moving from a small town in South Dakota to the big city of Denver. The music draws its influences from the early days of the Bay Area thrash scene, and would fit perfectly on the first Metallica or Megadeth records. Due to line-up changes after the band's 2019 summer tour, the instrumentation on the track (with the exception of the second half of the solo) is done entirely by drummer Axel Berrios and guitarist/founder, Tony Z. Axel handled all drum parts, while Tony Z played all guitar tracks and bass. Guitarist Brad Wagner of Denver band, Liquid Titanium, played a guest solo on this song, then eftsoons was asked to join as a permanent member. This single also marks the third appearance of new vocalist, Duel Shape, who has a style heavily-influenced by bands such as Cinderella, Dangerous Toys, and Mötley Crüe. Tony and Axel both contributed vocal harmonies to the track to coincide with Duel's ripping leads.
