"Satan's Tavern" is a song from Denver, Colorado heavy metal group, Immortal Sÿnn's upcoming sophomore album, Force of Habit (album release date pending). It is the second single to be released from that album. Recording took place at Rusty Sun Audio in Parker, CO with engineer Nick Nodurft, and the song is set for digital release on July 24, 2020. The song was written both lyrically and musically, by the band's founder and guitarist, Tony Z. Lyrically, the song is a mashup of clichés and idioms mixed in with a few Bible references in a very tongue-in-cheek fashion. The music is a raucous party anthem and draws influence from the early days of the Bay Area thrash scene. Due to line-up changes after the band's 2019 summer tour, the instrumentation on the track is done entirely by drummer Axel Berrios and guitarist/founder, Tony Z. Axel handled all drum parts, while Tony Z played all guitar tracks and bass. This single also marks the second appearance of new vocalist, Duel Shape, who has a style heavily-influenced by bands such as Cinderella, Dangerous Toys, and Mötley Crüe. Tony and Axel both contributed vocal harmonies to the track to coincide with Duel's ripping leads.
